Send a brief
Tell me what the build is, when it has to be live and where the designs are. A fixed price and a delivery date come back before you quote your client.
What to put in the first email
- — what the build is, counted in unique templates rather than pages
- — the launch date you have already promised your client
- — where the designs live, or a note that they follow once the NDA is signed
- — whether hosting and the domain are already settled
What happens after you send it
- 1Your NDA comes back signed before designs, file access or a client’s name reach me.
- 2Anything the artwork leaves ambiguous is queried in writing, while an answer still costs nothing.
- 3You get one figure for the whole build and a delivery date you can put straight into your own proposal.
I work from Poland, one hour ahead of UK time, so a brief sent at nine has questions answered before lunch.
Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 Polish time (07:00–15:00 UK)
