White label WordPress and PrestaShop development for design studios
You sell the project and keep the client. I write the theme from your designs, under your brand and on your invoice. Nothing in the handover says my name.

- 18Years building websites
- 300+Websites built since 2008
- 10Years with my longest-running client
Three things studios check before they hand over a build
Agencies ask the same questions in the first ten minutes of every call. Here are the answers before the call.
Your NDA is signed before I see anything
Send the agreement with the enquiry and it comes back signed before you share designs, file access or the client’s name.
I never contact your client
Questions, staging links and handover notes go to you, and you decide what reaches the client. Your studio is the name on the proposal, on the theme header and in every email about the build.
Fixed price, agreed before you quote
You get one figure for the whole build, priced from the designs and confirmed before you put a number in front of your client. Later changes to the brief are quoted separately, so they come out of the change order and not your margin.
Track record
What working with studios has looked like so far
The names stay out of this, because keeping them out is the whole arrangement. The numbers can stay in.
- 8Years building WordPress in-house at a design studio
- 7Studios and agencies have subcontracted a build to me
- 5Of them came back with a second project
- 250+Sites behind me carry somebody else’s name
Longest agency relationship
An e-commerce agency has kept me under contract since 2018. Dozens of builds in 8 years, and my name is on none of them.
How a build runs
Three stages from your Figma file to a theme you hand over as your own work.
- 01
NDA and brief
I sign your NDA, then read the designs, the page count and the dates you have promised the client. Anything ambiguous in the artwork gets asked about now, in writing, while it is still cheap to answer.
- 02
Fixed price and a date
One figure for the build and a delivery date you can put straight into your own proposal. Work starts when you confirm both.
- 03
Build, review, handover
You review on staging while the build runs, so there is no reveal at the end. Handover is the theme, the repository and a short set of notes written in plain English for whoever maintains the site.
What I take on
Figma to WordPress, coded by hand
Send a finished Figma file and get back a WordPress theme built to match it, with no page-builder kit underneath it.
Online shops coded from your design
WooCommerce and PrestaShop built to the artwork rather than bent out of a bought store theme, including the views a platform does not hand you.
Overflow support for a WordPress build already underway
The deadline is close, the site is half built, and someone else wrote the code so far. Send access to the repository and get help finishing it under your name.
How I work with a design studio
NDA first, no contact with your client, and a fixed price before you quote. This is what a build with me looks like end to end.
Not an agency?
If the site that is slow is your own and it runs on Elementor, that is a different conversation and it has its own page. The look stays, the page builder does not.

Who you are actually hiring
My name is Łukasz Górny. I have been building websites since 2008 and writing WordPress themes by hand since 2010, first inside a design studio and since 2018 through my own practice.
You work with me directly. There is no account manager between your project manager and the person writing the code, and no junior the work quietly gets passed to.
I work from Poland, one hour ahead of UK time. That overlap covers your whole working day, and it is the reason a British studio can send a brief at nine and have questions answered before lunch.
Work I am allowed to show
White label builds stay off my portfolio, so these are the projects I am free to describe. Two are for British clients, and most were coded from a design drawn somewhere else.
What you hand over, and what stays with you
Saying this here saves us both a call.
Coded from your design
The build is written to your artwork rather than assembled in a page builder. Moving a site off Elementor, Divi or WPBakery is work I take on; putting a fresh one on top of them is not.
Templates for the pages you drew
Nothing gets bolted on to force a bought marketplace theme into the shape of the design, and nothing ships that the design does not use.
You stay the only voice
Your client hears from you and from nobody else. If they want a developer on the call, that developer is you.
You design, I build
Send finished artwork and it gets coded as drawn. Where a case study here shows a logo or a full design, that was a project run under my own name for a client with no studio behind them. Work that comes from a studio is coded, never redrawn.
Before you send anything
The questions that come up on almost every first call with a studio.
A full build usually starts one to two weeks from the confirmed brief and deposit. Builds are queued one at a time rather than run in parallel, so a start date I give you is one I can hold. Short jobs and finishing work on a site already underway fit between them and usually start within a few working days. If your client has a launch date already in the diary, say so in the first email and you will hear straight away whether it is realistic.
The designs, the number of unique templates rather than the number of pages, and the date you have promised the client. If hosting and the domain are already settled, say where. That is enough for one figure. Anything still open goes on the quote as a written assumption, so neither of us discovers it halfway through.
Figma is the easiest to work from, because I can read spacing and type scales straight off the file. Sketch, XD exports and flat artwork are fine too. What matters is that the design is final. I do not redraw layouts, so if a page is still being argued about internally, keep it out of the brief until it settles.
You do. Handover is the theme, the repository and a short set of notes in plain English for whoever maintains the site. There is no licence to renew, no key to keep active and nothing phoning home to me. If you never contact me again, the site carries on working.
Small things that were always implied get absorbed. A new template, a new integration or a redesigned section is quoted separately before I start it, so it comes out of a change order to your client rather than out of your margin. You see the number before the work happens, never after.
Not from me. I do not contact them, I do not appear in the theme header, and white label builds stay off my portfolio. Questions, staging links and handover notes go to you, and you decide what reaches the client and in whose words.
If it is a fault in code I wrote, I fix it. There is no time limit on that and no support contract to buy, because a build that does not do what we agreed it would do is not finished. New features, changes of mind and anything the brief never covered are quoted separately. The line sits at what the site was meant to do, not at how many weeks have passed since launch.
Either of us, whichever suits your studio. I can deploy to the hosting you name, or hand over the repository and let your own team take it from there. It gets settled in the brief rather than discovered on launch day, so whichever way it goes, it is in the quote you already have.
Yes, and you are not obliged to use it. Some studios send one build and never come back, which is fine, because nothing in the handover depends on me. Others keep me on for fixes and features for years: Doors And Worktops has been in my hands since 2023, long after the migration that started it. Both are normal and neither is priced into the build.
Invoices are in GBP. I ask for a deposit before work starts, and on anything larger than a single template the work is split into three to five payments that follow progress rather than the calendar. VAT is reverse charged: as a Polish business invoicing a UK business I bill without Polish VAT, and it is accounted for at your end. Your finance team will want to check that against your own registration.
Send a brief
Tell me what the build is, when you need it live and where the designs are. You get a fixed price and a delivery date back before you quote your client.
